Here's the link to our Superhero Soundtrack. Please watch and dance along with us at 9:15am on Friday.
Dear Parents,
Superhero day has become a highlight of the Black Firs calendar. A day when we come together as team and unleash our inner superheroes. This will be our sixth year and it looks to be the biggest and best superhero day yet! Originally conceived as a fitting tribute to little Noah Carrick above, the celebration has become even more meaningful as we celebrate Lily Harding and have added Princess Day too! We have we watched some of our staff bravely take on their own superhero missions. They are all hugely inspiring and very worthy of their titles of ‘superheroes’.
On Friday 26th May, we ask you all to don your costumes as your channel your superhero powers for the day. Create your own superhero or dress in celebration of an everyday superhero. Join us at 9:15am to to cheer us on in our ‘Superhero Dance and Dash’.
Superhero Day has always proved to be a huge fundraiser and we are sure this year will be no different. This year we have once again chosen The Joshua Tree as our charity. The Joshua Tree is a local charity that supports families across the North West living with the life-changing experience of childhood cancer. Donations are encouraged in exchange for dressing up and we will also have collection buckets outside during our dance off.
We are all looking forward to another brilliant day inspired by all of our brave superheroes..
Thank you for your continued support. We know you will do us proud.
